Welcome to our delightful self-contained and spacious first floor holiday apartment in a sunny south-facing location. In the quiet conservation area of central Peebles, this comfortable accommodation for 2 to 3 guests offers free parking and is easily reached by car and/or public transport.

Approached by a short flight of external stone steps with handrail, this apartment was built to be self-contained and occupies the entire first floor of a 2 storey house. Artworks by Scottish artists form a lovely feature.

It’s just a short 2 minute walk from the shops, restaurants and other attractions of this picturesque little town including the many delightful walks on nearby Venlaw Hill, Glentress Forest and the River Tweed.

Historic Peebles is known for its spectacular annual calendar of events and is an excellent location for exploring the many attractions of the Scottish Borders and Edinburgh.

Please note we cannot accept pets except guide and assistance dogs by prior arrangement with the owners.
