This self-catering accommodation is ideal for accessing the many attractions of historic, picturesque and unspoilt Peebles and its surroundings. The town’s motto ‘Peebles for Pleasure’ expresses the views of its many visitors and the town’s coat of arms depicting salmon celebrates its popularity with fishermen. All prices include electricity and heating, duvets, pillows, all bed linen, towels and WiFi.

We have short breaks and weekly breaks available. Minimum short break is 3 nights but 5 nights during Christmas and New Year.

Check in is from 3pm (15.00h) on day of arrival. Check out is 10am (10.00h) on day of departure.

Guests are reminded that when a booking is made and confirmed, they are legally liable for the full rent. The £100 deposit secures your dates. The balance is to be paid four weeks prior to arrival. See our cancellation policy below for further details.
